Prior to raising funds and initiating a sustainable food production operation, Bioponica helps clients design and develop a working strategy, including site plan, layout designs, greenhouse selection and positioning, small and large anaerobic digesters, solar panels, passive heat, evaporative cooling, rainwater harvest, HVAC, waste recycling and production optimization per crop nad biproducts.

Bioponica has on staff professional engineers and partners with other design consultants, greenhouse manufacturers, process equipment suppliers (digester systems, tanks, boilers, etc.) that have engineering staff that can provide certified site and equipment drawings for projects  if required by local permitting authorities.

Bioponica coaches client to make contact with local zoning and permitting agencies for specific site development and code requirements at the initial planning phase to minimize conflicts, un-budgeted  costs and project completion delays.  Each municipality, county and state governments  has specific site development, architectural, electrical and mechanical requirements for projects.
